Pop PhArt was build in 20015. It was my first exhibit in my hometown, at the Ángel María de Rosa Municipal Museum of Art, in Junín, Argentina. I went home to celebrate my fathers 80’s birthday, and this was sort of his present.
The exhibit is composed of all pictures I took of my son during my light boxes discovering experience. The show is very personal and biased. It was strictly photographed on an Iphone 4s, and edited with all the apps developed by the techies in my now home of San Francisco, CA. The point was to show that anyone can do beautiful and inspiring art, it is never about the equipment, and most importantly ‘you can go as far as you want to reach’. That was always my father’s message to me. So I did it.
